I am very excited to be writing my first blog as a Forelock and Load supported rider. I think it is only right to start it off by introducing myself and my lovely horses! <\/p>\n\n\n

Tara on her pony Sunhill Beauty<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

I am 16 years old and based on the outskirts of Newmarket I have competed up to FEI 2* and Pony Trials with my 14.1hh Connemara mare Sunhill Beauty aka Mary. I have produced Mary from a 5yr old for nearly 7 years. Unfortunately our season was cut short due to Mary getting an injury in May, and she has only just come back into ridden work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also have a beautiful 16.3hh ISH called Rincoola Rolo aka Rolo who we have had just shy of 6 months. I hope to go to the Under 18 Championships this summer in the 2* team as well as the Millstreet 2*. The plan is to then hopefully do an Intermediate at the end of the season. Currently he is loving the showjumping life, going clear in both his first classes since his last event at Ely Novice in October. We also competed in the 100 UA at Keysoe last weekend, finishing 2nd on a very fresh dressage of 33!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Last but not least, I have the lovely 4yr old welsh Section D mare called Mouse who has already been drag hunting and show jumping (two clears). She is proving herself to be very brave and level headed – and is the most gorgeous young pony to work with – I wish they all had an attitude like her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 I am looking forward to this event season with such a fabulous team of people behind me, fingers crossed it\u2019s as successful as last year! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
