Kirstie brings energy, vision into everything she does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whether she\u2019s chatting with customers in-store, curating new products, or brainstorming the next big idea over a coffee. Kirstie\u2019s love for what she does shines through in every part of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having spent many years in and around the equestrian world, Kirstie knows what riders and country-lovers need \u2013 and she\u2019s always one step ahead when it comes to offering great value, practical products, and service with a smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you come into the shop, don\u2019t be surprised if you’re greeted by a wagging tail (or four!) \u2013 there\u2019s a high chance you\u2019ll meet one of Kirstie\u2019s beloved dogs. Chaos<\/strong>, Baz<\/strong>, Dingo<\/strong>, or Esk<\/strong> who are part of the Forelock & Load family, and they\u2019re just as friendly as their human!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Her mission? To make Forelock & Load not just a shop, but a space where people feel welcome, looked after, and part of something special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ask anyone on the team, and they\u2019ll tell you: Kirstie often has a story to tell (usually involving a bit of mischief)!
