All you need to do, is create an account with us on our website, and every time you shop, you will receive points. You will earn loyalty points from shopping in our store and on our website. You can redeem these points on future orders, across both services, saving you money each time. It is totally up to you, how you choose to spend your rewards!

How many points can I earn?
Across our website, if you look under the product title you will see our rewards card logo and beside that, the monetary value of what you will earn from that purchase.
Where can I find my points balance?
When you log into your account, you will be able to view your rewards balance. Please note that these are applied to your account, once your order has been dispatched.
How do I redeem my points?
Forelock and Load customer rewards are all associated with your email address which you provide us with when creating your customer profile on our website. When you check out on our website you will be able to simply redeem your points. If you are shopping in store, please let our team member know you are on our loyalty scheme, when you go to pay.
How long are my points valid for?
Your reward points are valid for 12 months, we will notify you 30 days before they are due to expire.
